Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.  Shipping is FREE.

Shipping times typically range between 5 to 10 business days from the moment your order was placed.  This excludes weekends and Bank holidays. 

If you have not received your order within this time, please do not hesitate to email us at info@1way2escape.com and we will immediately investigate your order status and come back to you. 

Please note we only ship to residential addresses, not to industrial or non-residential addresses.  If you proceed to place an order with an industrial or non-residential address, your order will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

• Changes:

Once your order is placed and you change your mind, please email us immediately at info@1way2escape.com.  Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours and any notification after that means we cannot make any changes to it. 

• Undeliverable packages:

If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us.  Once it is returned, we will refund you minus the shipping charges.  If you would still like the item, please place a new order.
