Returns & Refund Policy


  • Refund policy:

If you do not like the item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it to us to obtain a full refund.  If so, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from hair and make-up and neatly folded. 

If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please inform us and send a picture of the item to as soon as possible and we will organise a full refund.  Please do not send us the item back unless we ask you to do so. 


  • Return policy guidelines:

Please write down your name, address, order number and the name of the item you are returning on a piece of paper and include it with the item you are returning.  Please email us at with this information and we will be on the lookout for the item to organise a full refund asap.  Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping fees which are non-refundable and we recommend you send the item tracked.

  • Return process:

Once the returned item has been received, we will process it within 10 business days and the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order.  Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank.


  • Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange items.
