How do I start earning Escape Points after joining?
There are so many ways to earn Escape Points! You receive points for every Pound spent, you receive points by following 1way2escape on Instagram, by subscribing to 1way2escape updates and via many other ways!
How long do I keep my VIP status once I reached one of the VIP tiers?
Once you have reached a VIP status (light pink, pink or fuchsia), you will keep that status for 12 months from the day you reached that status. You must qualify for your VIP status every new 12 month period by having sufficient points.
How do I check my Escape Points?
Log into your account on www.1way2escape.com
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire after 12 months from the day you reached your VIP status.
Can I have multiple accounts or transfer points to another account?
No. You can only have one 1way2escape account and one login. Different email accounts cannot be combined.
How do I use my Escape Points?
You can spend your Escape Points and apply them to your balance to items in your cart when you check out! Escape Points cannot be combined with a coupon code.

How long does it take for my Escape Points to be applied?
Once your order is shipped out to you, the Escape Points will be allocated to your account. Please note, if you return an item, the Escape Points will be subtracted from your account. For all non-order related activities, for example following 1way2escape on Instagram, the Escape Points will be applied immediately but will also be subtracted if you decide to unfollow.
Are there any limits on earning Escape Points?
There are no limits! Please note however that Coupons and Escape Points cannot be mixed. Your Escape Points stay in your account until you are ready to redeem them. Each coupon code is single use and Escape Point balances do not carry over to the next 12 month period.
